No, we have a strict policy on privacy.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We know that things do happen that are out of our control, but we do ask that you go through the proper notifications that your stylist has in place.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We reccomend you book your appointment at least a week in advance for weekday appointments and 2 weeks in advance for Fridays or Saturdays.

If you find yourself running late contact your stylist immediately! Depending on the stylist a late fee may be charged and due to the nature of our business we might have to reschedule.

Yes, based on space and stylist availability. We do recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance, particularly if you have requirements on who you’d like to see and a specific time you’d like to come in.

Your Stylist will provide you with a consultation prior to your service and give you the knowledgeable information about the questions and services seeking. She will let you know what to expect and how to take care of your hair after you leave the salon.

We strive to provide you with top quality virgin hair that could last up to 1 year depending on proper care.
we recommend sealing your wefts before installation and contacting a professional for all your coloring needs. When shampooing your xtensions, shampoo with luke warm water, shampooing the hair in downward strokes, condition, rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Bundles should be inspected upon receipt before installation. If there are any problems with your bundle(s) hair must be returned within 3 days for exchange only and hair must be intact and in its original state. Original state meaning, no cutting or unrolling of the wefts.

Hair that is unprocessed and in its natural state (has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way) and comes in a natural color from a single donor.
What is the difference between Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian & Russian hair?
Brazilian
Silkier, dense, fine and available in different curl patterns (straight, wavy, deep wave or curly. Brazilian hair holds its curls very well and comes in a natural color.
Malaysian
Softer in texture, thicker and appears to be very shinier Brazilian but loses some of its sheen after 2-3 washes. Use a very light oil on this hair due to the fact it will appear to shiny. Special Order Only!
Peruvian
More coarser and thicker in texture than Brazilian and Malaysian. Blends well with African American hair. Special Order Only!
Russian
The purest, thickest, silkiest and most expensive of all virgin hair. Special Order Only!
